Katy Perry exposed a lot more than intended at the ASCAP Pop Music Awards 2012, held in LA. The "Teenage Dream" singer looked graceful as she posed on the red carpet dressed in a sheer white sequinned dress with shoulder straps, but a wardrobe malfunction took place as one of her straps fell off her shoulders, nearly exposing her breast. But she singer, as bold and ferocious as she always is, continued to smile for the camera. On another note, Katy looked stunning with hair done in soft waves and a polka dot manicure.
